Vernissage / SattLAB Collective No.1

There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction you get when peeling back a stencil to reveal a freshly created screen print, a sentiment i’m sure the group of artists taking part in this screen printing exhibition can vouch for. The first exhibition by Stattbad based, independent print lab ‚StattLAB‘, (see what they did there), the show will feature the fruits of their space’s labour with the work of 15 international artists.

Street art enthusiasts will be in heaven this weekend with the third edition of Kontakt, a two day street art event focussing on re-aligning people’s attention to the most important people in the creative world – the artists themselves. Cutting out any middle men and allowing the artists to share their messages (and their works) with an audience, the event will feature live street art collaborations, a marketplace and good vibes, with a mixture of big international street artists and smaller, local names.
